Quilt finished

This morning I have taken pictures of the second Caterpiller quilt I have made and a bag from a pattern in McCall's Quilting magazine. I should have phoned Asdings for some Pellon, then it would not be so wobbly when standing on it's own - but I didn't because i wanted to make 'then' while I was between big projects! It was such an easy fun bag to make that I will probably make more........

Thank you Bilbo - I have had fun making these caterpiller quilts - I even quilted Joshua's name around the butterfly!

Love both projects, I've got that McCall's mag and have just bought a charm pack to make the bag. Great minds think alike LOL.

Sewali you need more than the pack of Moda charms - I had two packs in my stash and used some of each.

My bag is a little floppy and would have benefitted from the stiffener, but I was impatient to do something different - made in a day!

I took mine on it's first outing last night - Thamsiders meeting - it took the caterpiller quilt with no problems, so it is a very large bag - just right for quilt shows! grin.
